DELIVERY POLICY

According to its policy Mentor FX does not offer any services to the residents/citizens of the following countries: North America, Canada, Israel, Bulgaria, Belgium. During the onboarding process, each client has to register himself in the client area and fill in the personal information as requested. All data is highly protected and is kept only for internal usage. After the process is completed, the client is obliged to send his ID, Driving license or International passport within 7 business days after the account registration. Each client receives our services (access to our trading platform) 24 hours 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. If the service is unavailable due to a technical or other reason, the company doesn’t take any responsibility or pays compensation to its clients, despite the problem is caused by a third party or by the company. The service is provided through our web-site and access to the client area and the trading platform.
